2. User Authorization and Use Rights

Operators grant users limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable terminal access, allowing users to use only local video playback and media management-related features of this app on their personal mobile devices.

Users are prohibited from commercializing, redistributing, duplicating, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting code, tampering with functionality, etc., and from using the Application Services for public distribution, commercial monetization, and hosting third-party services.

3. User Behavior Compliance Obligations

3.1

Users pledge to strictly comply with laws and regulations related to cybersecurity, digital content, and intellectual property in their jurisdictions throughout the entire process of using LeafWatch, and to adhere to international web usage protocols and good practices.

3.1.1

Users are prohibited from using this App to store, play, browse, and handle infringing copyright, pornographic, obscene, violent, and illegal video and audio content. Users are solely liable for any illegal actions.

4. Intellectual Property Property Protection

4.1

All source code, interface UI, interaction logic, functional architecture, text identification, visual design, technical algorithms, and other intellectual property rights of this application are the exclusive property of the operating party and are protected by the International Intellectual Property Convention.

4.1.1

No individual or organization is permitted to misappropriate, copy, alter, dismantle, or rediscover the core resources of this application without the written authorization of the operating party, and violations of rights will be liable to prosecution under law.

5. Service Updates and Functional Adjustments

5.1

Operators reserve the right to optimize, iterate, upgrade, and fine-tune application functionality at any time, and can improve playback capabilities, media management functionality, and application experience based on product development, technology updates, and compliance requirements.

5.1.1

After service terms and product features are updated, they will automatically take effect through the Application Publication Channel, and users‘ continued use of the Application Services is considered to accept the latest version of the service terms and product feature rules by default.

6. Service Availability and Discontinuity Notes

6.1

This application is for local tool class services, most functions do not require network support, operators strive to ensure long-term stable availability of functions, and do not promise absolute faultless, faultless, and uninterrupted operation.

6.1.1

Operators are not liable for damage compensation due to equipment system compatibility issues, system permissions changes, equipment failure, software conflicts, version compatibility issues, and temporary malfunctions.

7. Termination of Service and Lockdown of Permissions

Operators have the right to unilaterally terminate user permissions for users who engage in irregular use, malicious tampering, abuse of services, profiting from infringement of rights, and interfering with the proper operation of applications.

After the termination of the service, users must immediately stop all application usage behaviors, and operators are not responsible for the retention and recovery of users‘ local files, local data, and personal content.

8. Third-party Services and External Links

LeafWatch does not embed third-party ads, third-party statistical SDKs, third-party content platforms, and external hop links. It only calls the device‘s native system file service for local video import functionality.

8.1.1

The interactions resulting from users using native services of the device system are all subject to the corresponding system service terms, and operators do not take any collateral responsibility for the security and compliance of third-party system services.

9. Disclaimer and Risk Ownership

9.1

This application provides local video playback and management services only as a purely tool-class product, does not produce, store, or own any video or audio content, and is not responsible for the legality, integrity, or security of user-local video.

9.1.1

Users bear the full risk and responsibility for human-induced losses such as file deletion by mistake, device damage, data loss, self-installation of external plug-ins, modification of applications, and so on.

10. Dispute Resolution and Consultation Channels

10.1

Due to the relevant disputes arising from this Application Service, the two parties prioritize the international common friendly negotiation method for resolution. Users can submit questions and complaints through the official email address runjingcraft@gmail.com.

If negotiations fail to reach an agreement, the dispute will be handled according to the General International Business Mediation Principles, ensuring fairness and fairness in the interests of both parties, without regional bias and special jurisdiction favoritism.
